Regardless whether in the gym or at the crag, the Charger is a comfortable partner that also scores highly in performance. Thanks to the unique double rand in the toe area it offers an extra ration of durability and it also has an indicator to show when it is time to reboot. When the contrasting color of the toe patch becomes visible, they need to be resoled.


Because it is a relatively stiff design the Charger by RED CHILI offers a lot of support to the foot and is particularly suitable for beginners and as a training shoe for improving climbers.

  • RC-SUPPORT: The RC-SUPPORT is a full-length midsole that is used in Red Chili comfort and performance shoes. It is a very supportive midsole. It provides beginners and intermediate climbers with a very stable feeling while standing on any type of foothold

  • RX-1 ALLROUND: For the RX-1 ALLROUND sole, the name says it all. It offers particularly balanced properties between friction, sensitivity, durability and edge stability

  • Comfortable and durable climbing and bouldering shoe for extensive training sessions inside and outside

  • Upper made of high-quality leather and microfiber mix

  • Integrated Impact Zone for more heel cushioning

  • Firm midsole for extra support

  • Double rubber layer in the toe area for durability, with an indicator for resoling
