The Aquila 2.50 TRC was developed by ONZA TIRES together with some of the world's best downhill riders and is an optimal companion for your downhill, enduro and all-mountain rides.


The Aquila 2.50 TRC by ONZA TIRES has a smooth running, open center profile with perfect cornering and steering precision through high side lugs. It has been proven that races can be won on ONZA's Aquila 2.50 TRC, and ONZA athletes have won numerous World Cup victories and the UCI Overall Downhill World Cup title on it.

  • TRC Trail Casing: The ONZA TRC casing represents the perfect compromise between low weight and puncture resistance. The ideal choice for a range of use from Trail to All Mountain and therefore suitable for the majority of all mountain bikes.

  • Rubber compound - Soft Compound 50: All ONZA tyres have a dual compound construction, i.e. they consist of two rubber compounds with different properties. This allows the tyre to be ideally developed for its particular application. The dual compound ensures best traction paired with good rolling characteristics and a long service life. Soft 50a rubber on the centre lugs provides plenty of grip and good rolling characteristics, while grippy 45a on the side lugs offers extra grip and excellent cornering hold.
